Hello,
Don't know i this is possible but here goes.. I have created 18 PPT
presentations.
Each presentation has a video (mpg) of the speaker embedded, animations and
transitions.
The director has asked if I could put them all in one program to ship to our
conference attendees. where the user can select a briefing from a menu.
I know individually I could package Ppt and video and send. But we are
trying to prevent having to send 18 CD's.

I know its a tall order. I have been playing with action buttons and links.
Please help a girl out!

Nisha,
Yes you can, but you want to establsh hyperlinks to each of the 18
presentations in a 19th file, e.g. the single page menu file.

You don't want to put all 18 presentations into one file. That can
give you lots of headaches.

Nisha,

First make sure that all of your videos, and presentations are in a single
folder. If you haven't already done this, you will probably have to re-insert
each video.

Now, create a new slide/presentation. Using Action Buttons (Slide Show >
Action Buttons) create a link for each of your 18 presentations on this
slide. Then use PowerPoint's Package for CD (File > Package for CD) to burn a
CD that will store all of your presentations and videos.
