.pps won't open

email attachment in Windows Mail will not open, tells me the file does not
have a program associated with it. My defaults shows .pps with default
opening to MS Office PowerPoint Viewer. This program came with the PC and
appears to be working. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In Windows Mail the file association is broken for .pps, yet you can still
open them if you save them to disk first.
