What is the difference between a .PPS and a .PPT file? Are there any
benefits to using one over the other?
Thanks.

Thanks.
Echo S said:No. Just open PowerPoint, then open the PPS file. It will open in "normal"
(edit) mode.

mean they only have to change the extension or resave the file back to a
.ppt?
