three ways come to my mind,

1. save it as .exe,

2. icreate a show within a show, follow this way, create a blanl
slide, click insert -> object... select "create from file" then
import the premade .pps file, with this, you've already embedded the
pps in a new presentation. but there's a problem. that you should
make sure that the pps file will be played automatically without any
interaction, as i don't think you could control it when you embedded
it in a new slide.

3. The safest one. transform your presentation to other formats, e.g:
distribute to pdf if no animations and transitions are used, or
convert to mpeg, avi, swf ... if it's heavily animated

Hello, Juan

Well, how do you have your presentation advanced slide by slide, do
you use animations in the slides, and how does the animations
triggered,
What I mean is, you may set the slides to be advanced manually, and
set the animations to appear with mouse click the like. All of this
would work fine in a show, however, when you embedded it in a blank
slide, the whole pps file will be treated as one object in a single
slide, so, when you click on the screen, the show will be stoped most
likely, as the new presentation has a unique slide.

hope it helps

Could you please tell me is some detail just how to save a slide show as .exe ?
If I just change the extender in rename double clicking on the newly named
exe will not run the show or load it?

No. That's rather like putting a label that says "Sugar" on a bowl full of salt.
It still has salt inside it and it still tastes awful in the coffee.

Follow the link here to Indezine though:
