My friends at work all have Microsoft Powerpoint and they send me cute files but I can never read them because I don't have Microsoft Powerpoint. What can I download so that I can view their .PPS files?

Download the PowerPoint Viewer from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&DisplayLang=en
Then tell your friends where you got it so that they can provide the
information when they send their files to people who may not have
PowerPoint.
