ppp connection between Win2K PC

Can I configure 2 PC running Win2K (NOT Win2K Server) using dial up ppp connection so that 2 PC can communicate using TCP/IP? Do I need any special software

Yes. Two Win2k Pro machines can connect modem to modem over a phone line or
via VPN over the Internet. In either case you use the Make New Connection
Wizzard - no third party software is needed.
