Hello

could i delete all Items in the startmenue,
fill in new, my own list?

Yes, they are stored under \windows\start menu

If you delete the items in the menu, they will disappear in the start menu.
You can also create a shortcut of your program and put it at this location.
They will appear in the start menu as well.
