PP to mpeg

Hi I have a power point presentation I would like to change into an mpeg
(including the sound) is there an app which can do this?

Why don't you try Camtasia? See Taj's tutorial about
capturing PowerPoint to Video:

Sorry I can't remeber if Camtasia will save to an mpeg
file, but the avi should be convertable to an mpeg.
