PP file issue

We have a PP file that for some reason has grown to 20 mb
and we are unable to send over are email system (5 mb
limit). Its seem that when they copy excel worksheets over
it causes it to grow. I have tried to zip but it only
reduces the file size by less than a 1mb.

How can I make it compress to a 5 meg file?
