Have a PP2003 show saved as .pps. When I click on it the show runs on 2007.
I would like to add some more photos to the show. How can it be done? If it
matters I'm using Vista

Since it is a 2003 file, you can simply change the .pps extension to .ppt
and then double-click on the file. Alternatively, you can open up PowerPoint
and choose Open File from the Office button to open the file from within
PowerPoint. Either of these things will open the file in Normal/Edit view.

Note that changing the extension only works because it is a 2003 .pps file.
If you had a 2007 .ppsx file, you would have to use the second method as
changing the extension doesn't work.

You can right click on the file, select New and it will open to edit it. Or,
just change the extension to .ppt or .pptx.

Thank you so much for the instructions. Took some fumbling around on my part
but I finally got there.
