PP 2007 Menu Bar

I opened someone else's pptx file and now my detail menu bar at the top is in
'autohide' mode.

How do I get the detailed menus to be static?
 
Okay,

I'll try that. I should have referred to it as The Ribbon as Microsoft Likes
to call it.
