powertoy-tweak opens but no tabs

I open up tweak UI, but instead of getting a window with the 10 tabs on top I get a window showing a vertical list with a plus (+) sign to the left of each word. I've seen screen shots of the tweak window with the tabs, but mine just opens up as I mentioned above. I've uninstalled--> installed--> but no luck, help!

This is normal. The tabs (at the top) are present in the Windows 9x version of TweakUI (v1.33, i think)
