Probably not as it still hasn't been released to the public yet.

A couple weeks ago, they sent out email confirmations saying "Your free
software should arrive in six to eight weeks after RTM." So if you got
one of those you should be all set. The only question remaining is
whether they actually meant "after it goes on sale at retail outlets",
since it's already RTM.
 
As I said once in this thread here's what they meant:

They began mailing today and will continue mailing through the early part of
next week via U.S. Mail first class. Depending on when yours is mailed, and
your location you should receive it next week to the first half of the week
after. I can't be any more specific.
