Hi Dave,
If I recall correctly (from web research done last year), the application is used by
a variety of vendors to handle Online Registration of the application (including
reminding one to register at a later date).
I researched it because after installing my Epson Printer last year I found PowerReg
SchedulerV2.exe in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup. Furthermore, a search of the Epson Printer Software CD
reveals:
H:\Driver\E_reg\EpsonReg.exe > Properties > Version [tab] > Product Name [field]:
PowerReg
Since I did not want to register, and there was no uninstall program, I simply
deleted the (5,112 KB) application.
