PowerQuest poor suport

I have had problems with PowerQuest's Dive Image 7. Two weeks ago I
contacted the support, at the end of that week that replied asking for more
information. It's 10 days ago I replied but no reply yet. Be warned, if you
use PowerQwest products you are on your own. I deeply regret
getting/installing it but even if I find out from them how to get a refund,
MS Net is now on my system and I can't see how to get rid of that.
 
Yes Iv found it now, missed it before! Hopefully I may get D! working
properly but from what Iv seen there are many of us with problems. If not
there appears to be little point in not removing NET Framework as It net
heard of any other program needing it.

How do you mean 'MS Net' is on your system? Which 'NET' product did you
install? Drive Image 7 needs .NET Framework installed, which can be
uninstalled through Add/Remove Programs. However, it may be better to leave
..NET Framework installed for when you, hopefully, get DI working.

The reason I suggested you might like to keep it, is that it is a 23.1 Mb download. If you, or anyone else, is using a dial-up connection it could prove to be a lengthy download.

So, what are your problems? Many are using it (I am) without incident! Maybe
we can help you. I have completed about 25 images and 4-5 restores.
