PowerQuest DeployCenter 5.0

I am currently out on a corporate where they have a DeployCenter License wich is currently NOT in use, since the last administrator didn´t know how to setup. So I have tryed, but everytime I want to retrieve an image from a client the client reboots (booting the virual floppy image) and then hangs. When I afterwards look in the logs the DeploCenter reports an error (ERROR: 1) wich is the only error NOT mentioned in the manual

Is there possibly anybody who has successfully set up the DeployCenter 5.0 on a Windows 2000 server

Yes, never had errors. But isn't this a support question best
answered by PowerQuest/Symantec?

Sure it is, but sice PowerQuest was bought by Symantec their website and all forms of technical support is out of order I have to turn to where it works.
