Hello,
If you were using PowerPoint 2002 or PowerPoint 2003 on a system where
multiple displays are possible (hardware requirement) and the option had
been enabled through the Display control panel, then you could use the
"Presenter View" option (in the Set up Show dialog) to get this ability.
However, since you are using PowerPoint 2000, Presenter View is not an
option. So, instead, you could use a "tell" to indicate to you when you've
reached the end of a particular slide. Basically animate (appear) something
"subtle" (a small dot, a line at the edge of the slide, etc.) which is not
noticable unless you are looking for it. Set the animation of the "tell" to
occur with the last animated item on the slide.
