You have to purchase PowerPoint, either on its own or included with one of
several versions of Microsoft Office. The Basic version of Office is included
with many computers but doesn't include PowerPoint. The rest of the Office
versions do include it. Which you want depends on what other apps you need
(Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and so on)
PowerPoint and Excel can both create graphs and PowerPoint can use either.
