I run PP on windows 2000 prof and XP and neither lets me
use the dual monitor support correctly. I don't have the
option of presenter and audience. Anyone know why? Thanks

I used this option once on my laptop. To get it to work I needed "special"
drivers for my videocard (please don't take "special" to serious). What I
mean is that the older drivers for my videocard didn't support dual-monitor
with different views! Had nothing todo with Powerpoint, just a driver
problem.
Just take a look at the options/setup of your drivers!

To be able to use this, you need a video card + driver that supports multiple
monitors and you need to have a second monitor attached before PPT will allow
you to use dual monitors.
