Open up the presentation.
If it opens up in slide show view, then close it. Instead, open PowerPoint
first, then click File > Open. Look for the presentation file, click Open.
Do you want to add new slides? If so, simply click Insert > New Slides.
If you want to add new slides from other presentations, click Insert >
Slides from File > Browse. Look for the presentation file, click open.
Select the slides you want to insert. Put a checkmark on Keep Source
Formatting if you want the formatting to remain as it is.
Alternately, you can simply open the second presentation, select the slides
and do a Ctrl-C to copy. Then paste it on the first presentation.
