I am having trouble aligning numbers. I space the numbers to the right of
the text but can't get all numbers to align right justified. When I space
them over they either go to far or not far enough. Is there a way to
fractionally space or set a tab to right justifiy within a frame.

Go to the View menu and choose Ruler. Then you can set a tab just like you
do in Word.
