Powerpoint workflow

I'm wondering what you guys are using for collaborative workflows with
PowerPoint.

Are you using something like SharePoint? Or sending back and forth files
like Presentation1.0.ppt, Presentation2.0.ppt, etc.?

What's a good way to collaboratively work on a presentation while not making
everything too complex?

Office Live Workspace is offer a free Beta, but I can't get people to use it.
If you work with a defined group of people consistently, you might have
better luck.
