Powerpoint workflow

I'm wondering what you guys are using for collaborative workflows with
PowerPoint.

Are you using something like SharePoint? Or sending back and forth files
like Presentation1.0.ppt, Presentation2.0.ppt, etc.?

What's a good way to collaboratively work on a presentation while not making
everything too complex?
