On the CDs in the box marked "MS Office" that's still at the computer
store.

None of those programs have ever been a part of any Microsoft
operating system.
Many computer sellers bundled some or more with their computers.
If you need them, you need to buy them:

there's no such thing as "Microsoft XP".
There's Microsoft Windows XP, which is an Operating System, and there's
Microsoft Office XP, which includes the programs you mention in your subject
line.
Windows has never included any Office programs. If you need those programs,
you'll have to purchase a copy of Microsoft Office.

Neither the Microsoft Office application suite, nor any of its
individual component applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
Outlook, etc.), have _ever_ been "part" of *any* Windows operating
system. They are, and always have been, separate applications, that
must be purchased and installed separately.

Microsoft Office software is not part of your XP operating system. The
Microsoft Office suite of programs are an entirely separate entity, and have
absolutely nothing to do with XP.
Microsoft Office is either purchased separately, or it might come bundled
with the PC. Check your documentation and your CDs that came with your
computer. If nothing can be found regarding Office, you will need to go out
and buy it.
