powerpoint viewing

While I have MS office, the suite of software does not
include powerpoint on my computer. I am trying to view a
slideshow (*.pps file) but do not know what program to
use. Is there any shareware that allows one to simply
view a powerpoint slide show without having to actually
buy the entire software from Microsoft? are there any
other programs that are compatible in reading powerpoint
slides - I am only looking to read the file not edit.

The free Viewer can be downloaded and installed from
