Many times, but not all, when I get a presentation set to me or I download
one, there is no script. I get the background graphics and content bars with
no text in them. When I right click I get a list of all the slides but they
all only have background, no text. Any help would be appreciated.

A few questions for you in return:

What version of PowerPoint do you have?

And by script, do you mean notes text, text on individual slides or something
else?

When you right click ... do you mean while viewing the presentation as a show or
something else?

Thanks ...

-- PowerPoint 2003. I mean that I get a full screen picture on each s;ide
and sometimes graphics like a content bar or list but there is no text on the
screen of any kind. I right click during the presentation and I get a box
that has Next, Print , Go To, End Show, etc. When I select Next I get a
graphic like the page has turned but I get the same picture. I can see a
list of all the slides and the checkmark moves but the screen stays the same.
This has happened on four presentations in two weeks but I've had two that
worked fine. I re-downloaded the viewer three times. I've tried saving the
presentation before playing but nothing I've tried works.
