powerpoint viewer 03 in vista hm premium

Huh? Could you explain a bit more about what's going on there? Remember, we
can't see what's happening on your end.
 
what i mean is that my son needs to use and practice on power point but what
i can only find on my machine is ppt 03 viewer which keeps going to my doc
everytime i open it.

You must purchase PowerPoint if you need to be able to edit it.
