powerpoint video won't play

I have a mpeg video file that plays correctly on one
machine, and will not play on another; it just sits there
as a single frame and nothing happens. Any suggestions as
to what is happening?

THe movie is stored on the machine that it will play on

you need to insert the file on 2nd machine. Try Pack and
go on first then transfer to second and unpack
