Hi,

I need to develop an vb.net app that creates powerpoint presentations on the
fly.

Where can I go to get started on this sort of stuff.

Are there any good books out there ?

There are really any great books on this but it wouldn't be much
different than creating PPT files from any Office app using VBA or VB.
Lots of info and sample code on that in the MSKB. Search on
Controlling and PowerPoint. Even a Google search will yield lots of
code samples.
