I think you need 3rd party software for it. You can try http://www.visifly.com/VisiPPT/ for converting your PPT to video. It's very easy and simple software and you don't need any tools.

Probably it'll be helpful too. I use VisiPPT for converting PowerPoint
presentation to video as avi, wmv. I like this software because it
very easy and I don't need any tool.

From the VisiPPT home page, it's not clear if VisiPPT supports all PPT animations - does
it?
Also, what are the system requirements?
