I think there should be a feature (ore add-in/plug-in) in PowerPoint that
lets you insert a stamp or picture by clicking a button, like a picture you
have prepreapared or saved, something like the current pen & highlighter
feature in the bottom left corner of the slideshow.

What's the problem you need to solve with this?

A fairly simple macro could drop in a specific picture at a specific location
on the slide. Or simpler yet, look for an invisible picture that's already
there and make it visible.
