Can you define "end notes" in your application (eg. all references/footnotes
located at end of literature) and if you want them all on one slide, or at
the bottom of each slide, or ...?

What I want to do is add source citations to information presented on
individual slides all on one slide at the end of my presentation.

I would recommend creating a new slide with the side-by-side text box
layout, set to numbering bullets and a small font size. Add all source
references to text boxes, expand to 2nd slide if needed.

On the actual slide with the reference add a number after the reference,
select number and superscript. Optionally you could select it and turn it
into a hyperlink that takes you to the appropriate end notes slide for a bit
of interactivity.

How do I add endnotes in my Powerpoint 2003 slides?

If you're looking for a special feature in PPT that supports end/footnotes,
there's no such animal, I'm afraid.

You'll have to manually enter and format the notes just like any other text in
the presentation.
