Powerpoint Slide Design problem

I was emailed a powerpoint presentation that was created with the "Factory"
Design template. When I try to create a new document with this template,
however, it does not exist in the defaults. And when I search for the
"Factory" template online, the one that comes up is entirely different than
the one that the document was created in.

Any suggestions? Thank you
 
File > New
In 2003 you will see an option in the pane "from existing presentation"
This will open a presentation with the template of the pres you choose

If you dont see this option in your version

choose from design template > browse > change files of type to all
powerpoint presentations and navigate to the presentation

Once you have the template you might want to save as > save as type design
template.
