A few people are experiencing a problem with
organizational charts. When trying to edit the chart,
after making the changes and updating the chart, the whole
chart gets distorted. Letters appear huge on the screen,
outside the chart. The once white background, becomes gray
and huge letters all around.
If someone has experience this problem and have the
solution, please share with us.

Thank you,

PowerPoint calls on the OrgChart program to do these things for it. I have
heard that OrgChart has difficulties if there are excessive numbers of fonts
installed on the machine.

You may also want to make sure that there is a local printer installed on
the unit, since these drivers appear to be used in rendering some graphics.

Also check that PowerPoint has not had to substitute any fonts for ones that
were not available on the unit.

These two mention Tivoli Remote Control, but if you're not using that, I
suspect something has overwritten one of the DLLs Org Chart uses.

B's suggestions re printer drivers and fonts are good ones, too. I'm
thinking hardware acceleration adjustment is worth a shot as well.
