Powerpoint Problem

I have been using powerpoint 2003. recently, when I open my presentation my
computer freezes and I must shut down powerpoint. It just liek freezes up-
any ssuggestions-what to do>\?

First, open PowerPoint and go to HELP >> ABOUT MS POWERPOINT.
In the top section you should see SP2. If not go to HELP >> CHECK FOR
UPDATES and download SP2 for Office.

Next would be to go to HELP >> DETECT AND REPAIR.

Reply back with what you find for further troubleshooting.

Follow Troy's suggestions first but also try this before reporting back:

You mention "my presentation". I assume that's one you've been working on
recently. Have you tried opening other presentations? If so, do they also
lock up PPT or do they behave better?

What happens if you start PPT, create a new blank presentation, add one or two
slides with just a little text to them, then save that?
