We have created a one-page PowerPoint presentation to send as an email
attachment. How do you get the presentation to immediately open and the
slide show run when someone clicks on the attachment? The attachment opens
now, but PowerPoint opens in the normal view and I have to then hit F5 to get
it to run. Or can the presentation be placed directly in the email and have
the animation work? Whether it's an attachment or in the body of the email
doesn't matter. The issue is getting the animation to work. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I knew it was something easy, but I just couldn't find
it. Thanks again!!!

Gilles, I seem to remember once being able to insert a .pps directly into the
message body...can't seem to do it any longer...is there any other way to
send the single-slide .pps to someone who's afraid of the computer and would
only feel comfortable with a single click (maybe two) after opening the
email???
thanks,
ayanna
