Powerpoint Organizational Charts

There must be a good reason why Powerpoint XP lost some of
the features from Powerpoint 2000 with regard to
organizational charts. Sure the interface and ability to
control the options was a little klunky with the 2000
version, but no I have lost even those options. Visio is a
valid option, but its not embedded....

Yeah, there's probably a reason, but I don't know that it was good, and
I don't know what it was, for that matter. <g>

At any rate, turning off the autolayout options on the org chart toolbar
that pops up when you're working with the diagrams might help.

If not, the easiest thing to do would be to use PPT's autoshapes and
smart connectors (under lines on the autoshapes menu) to create your
diagrams.
