PowerPoint Options menu

Hi,
I need to remove "PowerPoint Options" button in Office 2007 menu,
I cannot find any item for this in PowerPointRibbonControls.xlsx

I'm afraid not. I have to ask why you would want to. They only appear when
your in the edit mode, and are unique to each computer where PowerPoint/MS
Office is installed.

As Michael says there's no way to disable this.

If you use startFromScratch=True in xml to remove the ribbon to the bare
essentials some of the commands in the office button go but not options.

Hi,
I have app wich starts Power Point and use installed plugin to put shapes
with additional information in tag's property. By "PowerPoint Options" button
user can uninstall plugin .This is why I tried to disable it.
