I have a question about PowerPoint. I create Training in PowerPoint for MSAccess databases I create for several departments in our company. I am MOUS certified in both Access and PowerPoint.
When I Ctrl + PrtScn/SysRq in Access to copy my monitor screen, the paste (Ctrl+V) in PowerPoint, the graphic sometimes pastes as an object and sometimes as a Picture Frame. With either, the image is a little fuzzy
When it pastes as an object, and I update the database, I Ctrl _ PrtScn, then Ctrl + V AFTER I select the obsolete graphic it is replacing. The new graphic replaces the old with all the same settings, animations and placement. Still fuzzy
When it originally pastes as a picture frame, and I copy/select obsolete and paste, it pastes top left PowerPoint slide in full size and when I delete the original picture frame, I must re-enter all of the settings and animations.
Is there a way make it replace the selected object all of the time with Paste Special or some settings feature?
I have already tried the Insert menu, using the object option and I can make it do that with a Microsoft Word Picture, but the object does not respond the same way as the default object was working (replace with settings). But the clarity of the picture is fantastic.
Is this part of the Embed problem you are already working on?
Thank you,
