PowerPoint presentations set up with hyperlinks to a team network folder
change to C: drive when opened from an email. Any suggestions please - it's
not the Macro security as we've tried that at Low....

I remember seeing this somewhere else. Network paths would change to local
paths when emailed. I think it had more to do with Outlook than PowerPoint,
but I can seem to find the reference right now.

Anyway, since your links are to a Network share, try changing them to the
UNC path for the share instead of the drive that the share is mapped to.

For example:
t:\teamfolder\document1.doc
might be
\\teamserver\teamfolder\document1.doc

If you don't know the UNC path, ask your network administrator.

You are right - using the server name does now work from the email. However
we now find that another problem has popped up from this - that when they
link to a .pdf from the PowerPoint slide hyperlink it is not apparent that
the .pdf has opened as it only still shows that last slide. They have to
Escape out of the show to see the Task bar at the bottom with the link ready
to be clicked on to view... Is there any way please to get the .pdf to open
up full screen when the link is clicked on.....?

Normally it does, or at least Reader opens normally then obeys whatever view
settings are embedded in the PDF.

Check on what version of Reader they have (and whether in fact they're using
Adobe's Acrobat Reader or something else).

It might also be an issue of whether Reader's open and minimized first before
clicking the link. If so, see if closing Reader before starting the slideshow
makes a difference.
