Powerpoint movie to iMovie & iDVD (Mac OSX)

Hello

I've taken a lot of photos and set up a slide show with titles in PowerPoint (OS X version). Easy. I saved the presentation as a movie. Easy. I open the movie in Quicktime and it looks great. Easy. I open the movie in iMovie and my photos look great but the titles look awful. Ugh. I try to drag and drop the PowerPoint movie file into iDVD, which then says it doesn't recognize the file. Ugh. However, if I import a QuickTime file into iMovie or drag and drop a QuickTime file into iDVD, it works great. How come my PowerPoint movie looks bad in iMovie and won't work in iDVD?? Help!

They have Macs over there. We use Windows PCs here and don't know nuffin' about this
iStuff. ;-)
