Powerpoint Macros

I have a macro that automatically updates information from an excel file into
this powerpoint presentation, but today when I went to run the macro it would
not let me select "Run" or "Step into". Does anyone know why this might be
happening or how I mgiht fix it?

Check your macro security settings. Make sure they're on medium or low.
I wouldn't recommend low.
