PowerPoint Powerpoint issue

Dear all,

Must admit, I'm not a great user of powerpoint but one of our employees is having a problem whereas on a slide the text is indented (not wrapping to far left) once the text runs to more than a single line. It is fine when the text is a bullet point but when it is without the bullet point it goes all wrong ... any ideas?

I've had this problem a few times, and I still don't know how to get rid of it properly. I had to remove the text box and then draw another one in to stop that from happening.

I'd be interested if there is a "proper" fix for this too, as I've tried all sorts - paragraph indentations, margins etc... no no avail.
