Hi there!
I need help in some issue:
I have a PowerPoint file (size approximately 20 Mb) that
contains drawings. This is not MY file, I've just
received it. But when I trying to open it, it's just
freezes and not responding. What should I do?
Thanks to all.

Did the file arrive via email? That can hack apart a ppt file easily enough.
Have the sender zip the file then send it. You can unzip it and your chances
get far better. (Zipping the file gives it a layer of protection as it
traverses the Internet).

If the file arrived via CD, then the file is probably corrupt on the CD.
Have the sender check his/her master CD, or have them make another--test
it--then send it.

Part three: what version of Ppt did the creator use, and what version are
you using?
