powerpoint into IE (Blank page)

Hi,

I am using IE6 SP1 runing on XP SP1.
I receive an Blank page when i loading a .ppt or .pps file.
Powerpoint is installed.

Another thing, is there a tool in oreder to see, if
powerpoint viewer is installed ?

Can anyone help me ?
