Can anyone help me with a question i have?
Suggest an electronic filing structure you might use when saving
presentations in powerpoint?

Is this for your own use? If so, think about how you need to retrieve the
presentations. Do you need to find presentations done for specific clients?
Presentations on specific subject matter? From a class you gave on a certain
date?

Decide that first; that'd probably make the best basis for your system.

You might have something like:

\Clients
\BubbasBarBQue
\2008-02-08

The last folder contains the presentation you worked on today and any related
files.
