Powerpoint Formatting Issues

I have a powerpoint presentation that I need to send via e-mail, but when it
goes out the formatting changes on some computers and looks terrible. The
font and alignment are really what's affected. How can I change this to
ensure the recipient always sees exactly what I am seeing before I send it?

I hate to sound too cynical, but PDF is the first thing that comes to mind
as an answer. The PDF format is more capable than the PPT format at
maintaining the look and feel of any document. Having said that, if the
typefaces you are using are not standard and you *haven't* tried font
embedding within PowerPoint, then you haven't quite given the whole process
a fair shake.

File | Save As | Tools | Save Options | Embed TrueType Fonts

This prblem caused by dfferent version of PowerPoint.
You may convert your PowerPoint file to other formats.
Convert PDF may lose the animations and transitions. I prefer converting it
to Flash.
By this way all your presentation transition animation can be obtained.
a PPT2FLASH tool for you.
