Hi,My question is How do I install the Powerpoint for
Windows XP?
Thank You!

You have to purchase the software from a retailer. Once you have that,
installation is easy. If all you need to do is view someone else's
presentation, then get the free viewer from the Microsoft Office Downloads
site.

Insert the CD and follow the instructions. If it does not start automatically, then click on start | Run | Browse | navigate to your CD and select (usually) SETUP.EXE

In answer to this and your earlier question, PowerPoint is available on its
own or as part of Microsoft Office (though it's not included in Small
Business Edition)

It's not part of Windows XP. You have to buy it or an Office version that
includes it and install from the CD.

If you only need to view, not edit, PPT files, there are free viewers
available. Let us know if that's what you need and we'll point you to 'em.
