Powerpoint Evaluation

Hi

i'm trying to make an evaluation with powerpoint.. but i do not know where and how to start... my idea is to put Multiple choice questions on a few slides, which can be answered by a simple mouseclick.. at the end, there should be a slide which shows the results.. after a quick click on a print button, i would like to have these results printed... is this possible without making any use of VBA?! and it is is, could someone help me out telling how i can start making this..?
