Every time I click on the Internet Explorer Icon, the
application comes up okay with my proper home page. But I
also always get a "Microsoft PowerPoint" error dialog as
well stating "PowerPoint found an error that it can't
correct. You should save presentations, quit, and then
restart PowerPoint". I rarely use PowerPoint. It is
hardley ever open on my desktop but this error comes out
every time that I launch Internet Explorer. Any clues on
how to make this stop happening (other than by not using
Internet Explorer) ?
Thanks,
CB

I have found that the "PowerPoint Error Dialog" is also
getting launced when I lock my computer and again when I
unlock. So whenever I go away from my computer it
automatically locks my desktop after a few seconds,
causing one of the error dialogs to get generated; then
when I unlock the desktop another gets generated. So,
each time I unlock my computer I have two of these
annoying error dialogs that I need to close.
