I use PowerPoint in my classroom. It is connected to a
television monitor. My computer was recently upgraded and
I am having problems with the display. The presentation
on my TV monitor cut off about 1/4 of the slides. I know
there is a way to fix it so it will show the whole slide-
but I forget how it works. :-(

Do you mean that it crops an equal amount off all four sides, or does it
slice off one side, or does it slice off the top or bottom?

When you say that your computer was upgraded, do you mean that it was
replaced with new hardware? If not, was the video card replaced? Or was it
an upgrade to a new version of Windows or PowerPoint ?

Does the presentation look okay when you run it on your display monitor?

I guess you can see that we need more information.

Cecil,

It could that your new PC is running at a different resolution.....

Try right clicking an area of your desktop, choose
"properties"...."settings" then try different settings...

eg.. 800 x600 640x480 1024x768

Hopefully that might fix it.

Cheers
